Cancellation Policy
Tictock Therapy CANCELLATION POLICY
By reading this cancellation policy and making a booking with us you agree to the following:

You agree that if you have not signed in within 10 minutes of the the start time, your appointment will be cancelled, and payment will not be refunded.

You understand 48 Hours- notice is required in order to cancel or change appointment.
Deposits: All bookings now include a £25 non- refundable deposit.
Meet and Greet sessions require a £10 non- refundable deposit.
Late Cancellation:

Cancellation or change request under 24 hours notice will result in a full loss of fee.

Cancellation or change request between 48-24 hours will result in a 50% fee.

Cancellation or change request outside of the 48 hour period will result in a loss of deposit.
Tictock Cancelling:
On occasions, unforeseen circumstances may occur which prevent us from delivering a session at an agreed time.
As therapists we endeavour to give you as much notice as possible prior to your allotted appointment time if we do unfortunately need to reschedule.
We will not charge you for appointments we cancel or change and will do our best to re-book at a time that best suits you.
Exceptional Circumstances:
We recognise that emergencies can happen, even though they are rare, in the event of an emergency please contact your therapist as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate and support you or your child.
How to notify of a cancellation:

To change or cancel an appointment
● You agree to give a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
Lateness:
Please arrive promptly to the zoom waiting room, if you do not make contact or attend your scheduled appointment within 10 minutes of the agreed start time, please understand that your appointment will be cancelled and full costs will still apply.
Here at Tictock Therapy we understand that life can provide unexpected challenges therefore we do provide a grace period of 10 minutes per appointment, however our therapists cannot wait any longer.
Rescheduling: You are able to reschedule an appointment with up to 48 hours notice please allow more time wherever possible.
Refunds: Tictock can only provide a refunded balance (less deposit) on cancelled appointments over 48 hours
If a session has been completed or missed they are classed as nonrefundable.
Termination and Pausing Therapy:

You agree to discuss with your therapist when you feel ready to end therapy.

You understand when pausing therapy services, leaving you in credit, you have 6 months in which to either reinstate therapy OR request a refund (minus deposits). If 6 months passes and no contact is made to either reinstate therapy OR request a refund that you will lose this option and no refunds will be given.
